All prices on EpicCache are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. By completing a purchase you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full amount.
We use third-party payment processors and do not store your full payment card details on our servers. All transactions are encrypted.
EpicCache delivers in-game goods digitally. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and are typically under 3 minutes, though delivery may take up to 24 hours in rare cases.
You are responsible for providing a valid in-game username or account identifier. EpicCache is not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect account information submitted by the buyer.
Once an item has been delivered to your in-game account, the transaction is considered fulfilled.
We offer refunds in the following situations:
Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of the purchase date via our Support page. We do not offer refunds for items already delivered and received in-game, or for buyer's remorse.

EpicCache is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected with any game publisher or studio. All game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. EpicCache does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EpicCache is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
